Your health and well-being—and ours—is always our highest priority. As we respond to the spread of the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community, we wanted to share more details about what Bee Hive Support is doing to help you stay healthy and still provide you with “Grade A” customer support and service.
We are following the following health protocol. We start by limiting our potential exposure to others. As many of you know Bee Hive Support is the company name, but it is run by me, Bea Wyatt. I have a husband, 5 kids, and 3 (soon to be 4) grandkids, and the LAST thing I want to do is to expose them to the COVID-19 virus. We had a protocol in place for home visits, which involved using anti-viral wipes and taking temperatures, and wearing face mask and gloves, but based on the recent Shelter in Place/ Stay at home orders, we are faced with a more strict movement protocol.
I have a remote option that allows me to view your computer remotely. If you have a computer issue, you will call me, and we can set up a remote session. You will receive an email with a link. If you click on the link you can start the remote session. It is a single-use remote session, meaning that when we disconnect from the session, the software is automatically deleted from the computer, this makes this software VERY safe since you have to initiate the session.
