Covid-19 Action Plan
Your health and well-being—and ours—is always our highest priority. As we respond to the spread of the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community, we wanted to share more details about what Bee Hive Support is doing to help you stay healthy and still provide you with “Grade A” customer support and service.
We are following the restrictions that are in place at Maravilla. We start that by limiting our potential exposure to others. As many of you know Bee Hive Support is the company name, but it is run by me, Bea Wyatt. I have a husband, 5 kids, and 3 soon to be 4 grandkids, and the LAST thing I want to do is to expose them to the COVID-19 virus. So social distancing is an important first step. Hand washing is essential, and when a sink with soap and running water is not available, hand sanitizer is always used. We do daily temperature checks, and always check before we go to a client appointment. Maravilla is also requiring temperature checks before entry into the facility.
Additionally, I utilize Lysol wipes to wipe equipment, such as the keyboard, mouse, and any other items I might have to touch before I use it (I have to stay safe too!) and again before I leave.
If there comes a time when I am restricted from coming to Maravilla to provide service, I have a remote option that allows me to view your computer remotely. It is called Zoho Remotely. If you have a computer issue, you will call me, and we can set up a remote session. You will receive an email with a link. If you click on the link you can start the remote session. It is a single-use remote session, meaning that when we disconnect from the session, the software is automatically deleted from the computer, this makes this software VERY safe since you have to initiate the session.
If you are having issues with a phone or iPad, I can pick the devices up, work on them and then return them after I have worked on them. I will always disinfect any items that I work on.
Please remember to be vigilant with your personal health during this time. Let’s all be smart, safe, and get through this together!
All the best!
Bea
